The USPS Click-N-Ship®program can be used create a shipping label for Priority Mail or Express Mail. The label includes pre-paid postage, free delivery confirmation, your return address and the shipping address. Some areas even allow you to schedule pick-ups from your mail carrier. There is NO software needed when printing labels from the USPS site; to get started all you need to do is set up an account on their site. To guard against fraud, Label Universe, like most online retailers, will verify credit cards when they are entered on the website. Some MasterCard, Discover and American Express cardholders may see a temporary authorization for $1.00 after their card is verified. Orders are processed at our shipping facility almost immediately after the order has been placed. We strive to provide the fastest turn-around time possible. Because of this, cancellations can only be accomplished if the request is received shortly after the order has been placed.

If the cancellation is sent prior to shipping, we will stop the shipment of your order and provide you with a full refund on your order.

Please be aware that once the package has shipped, Label Universe has no further details on the progress of your shipment other than the tracking information available from the USPS website.
If your USPS tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, please check with the other individuals in your home, apartment or business to see if someone else received the shipment on your behalf. You may also want to check with your local post office as it is possible the package was scanned as delivered by mistake or possibly delivered to the wrong address. Your post office will ask for the delivery confirmation number along with the ship to address.Back To Top

If your order was placed before noon Eastern Standard Time, your order should ship from our east coast shipping facility the same day. Most orders are sent via priority mail with 1 to 3 day shipping depending on your geographic location.
